1. About these terms
Language Flow is operated by slflow.app. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Language Flow.
2. Not affiliated with NAATI or Pearson
Language Flow is an independent exam-preparation platform. It is not NAATI or Pearson and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by either. CCL and PTE are referred to only to describe what we help you prepare for.
3. Practice estimates only
KMN AI checking, scores, readiness levels and suggestions are educational practice estimates. They are not official results and do not guarantee any outcome in a real exam.
4. Your account
You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, misuse the service or share access.
5. Free access and paid plans
All practice content is currently free. KMN AI checking, scoring and suggestions are offered as a monthly plan and are free for a limited time. We may change prices, end free offers or change access for individual accounts. We will show current prices before you pay.
6. Recordings and content you submit
When you record or type an answer, it is processed to give you feedback. You keep ownership of your answers and give us permission to process them to run the service. Do not submit anything unlawful or anyone else's private information.
7. Teachers and students
Teachers may invite students and message them in the app. Teachers are responsible for their own teaching. Students can choose whether to accept an invitation.
8. Our content
Vocabulary, dialogues, questions and guides on Language Flow belong to slflow.app or its licensors. You may use them for your own study only and may not copy, resell or republish them.
9. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, access other users' data, or use it to harass anyone.
10. Availability and liability
We aim to keep Language Flow running but cannot promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or exam outcomes. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use Language Flow means you accept the updated terms.
